This paper seeks to identifies the slow learners ,find out the characteristics of these learners depending on various internal and external factors, determine the challenge of a slow learning child ,Challenges that hinder them from learning a English language effectively and to find efficient methods to help the slow learners. We are certain that these youngsters possess a wide range of qualities that can be effectively employed by teachers to accomplish the intended goals, namely, a decent degree of academic success, albeit at a slower rate than ordinary pupils. Teachers should be able to deal with these challenges patiently and professionally.
